The Short Stories are back with avengence!!  Come down and have your faces melted by some cracking acoustic rock on Wednesday the 1st of July at The Peahen in St. Albans, kicking off around 7.30pm.  There will be a BBQ and drink a plenty as part of the St. Albans food and drink festival so don't miss out!! 

With Special a quest appearance from George Marsh, The Short Stories are coming back with a bang!

Finally, for this weekend, on Bank Holiday Monday we will be playing at The Peahen (that's The Peahen not The Vintry), where they are going be having a big bank holiday bbq. We are going to be playing in the back garden again and if the weather is nice Mike is going to wear a string vest. We will be starting at about 2pm and carrying on until we are too tired to do anymore.

On Sunday afternoon (25th May) we are once again crossing the famous A505 divide and heading to Hitchin to play in a mini acoustic festival at The Victoria. We are on stage at about 3pm and will probably doing an hour or so.

On Saturday night (24th May) from 8pm we are at Saba Bar. This was really cool last time with a slightly more low key, relaxed atmosphere in the downstairs bar. For those of you who don't know where it is...it is down the passage opposite the clocktower that leads down to the abbey. Here is a MAP LINK...see. There is also a very nice french restaurant here too and the abbey looks very pretty out of the window.
